We are seeking an experienced Head of Media, Branding and Communication to lead our media, public relations, corporate communications, and digital engagement functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that strengthen our brand, enhance stakeholder engagement, and drive positive public perception.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Company’s media and communication strategy.
• Lead corporate communications, public relations, and brand management initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses and key stakeholders.
• Oversee the development of press releases, speeches, newsletters, and other corporate communication materials.
• Manage the Company’s digital communication and social media platforms.
• Coordinate media coverage for corporate events, product launches, and special projects.
• Lead crisis communication and reputation management efforts.
• Ensure consistent application of the Company’s brand identity across all communication channels.
• Supervise and mentor the Media and Communication team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in media, corporate communications, public relations, or brand management.
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong media relations and stakeholder management experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic communication initiatives.
• Experience in digital media and social media management.
• Membership of relevant professional bodies is an added advantage.
