Retail Sales Associate
Job Summary
- As the Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining high retail service standards within the store.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide personalized shopping experiences
- Promote and sell products while achieving individual and store sales targets
- Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is presented in line with brand standards
- Process transactions accurately and maintain customer records where required
- Support inventory management and assist with stock replenishment activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail sales, customer service, or luxury retail environments
- Ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for fashion, luxury, art, and lifestyle brands.
