SAP Super User
Reports To: SAP Lead / Finance /Manufacturing/ Logistic/ IT Head
Role Purpose
- Act as a bridge between business and SAP, ensuring effective system usage, solving business issues, and driving continuous improvement and digital adoption across modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand end-to-end business processes and align SAP usage accordingly
- Act as the first point of contact for SAP-related queries and resolve issues with a business-first approach
- Guide users on best practices and correct system usage
- Identify process gaps and drive improvements, automation and digital initiatives
- Ensure master data accuracy and process discipline
- Support SAP enhancements, testing and system upgrades
- Prepare SOPs and conduct user training sessions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into SAP solutions
Key KPIs
- Quality and effectiveness of issue resolution
- Improvement in business process efficiency
- User adoption and system utilization
- Data accuracy and compliance.
Experience & Qualification
- Background in Finance / Operations / IT
- Experience in SAP implementation/support projects preferred
Key Skills:
- Hands-on SAP knowledge across any modules (SD, MM, FI/CO, etc.)
- PPQM, MM, FICO and SuccessFactors modules
- Deep understanding of business processes and controls
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exposure to reporting/analytics tools (Excel, Power BI preferred)
- Good communication and stakeholder management.
