Project Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Project Manager with a strong academic and professional background in Oil & Gas to lead and manage fabrication and industrial projects at our Benin site. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee oil & gas and fabrication projects from initiation to completion
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, and site teams for seamless project delivery
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies and regulatory standards
- Monitor project progress and provide performance reports to management
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project specifications
- Drive operational efficiency across all project phases
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Oil & Gas Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in project management within the oil & gas or fabrication industry
- Preparation and Development of Technical Project
- Proven track record of managing industrial or EPC projects
- Understanding of PIFD/PICD (Autocard)
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
Relevant certifications
- Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong added advantage
