Production Engineer
We are seeking a skilled and driven Production Engineer to join our team and contribute to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to meet set targets.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards in production processes.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Support continuous process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments (Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in MechanicalEngineering.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Production Engineer, preferably in the foam manufacturing or related industry.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with hands-on experience in production machinery and processes.
- Good understanding of quality and safety standards in manufacturing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
