Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Designer located in Victoria Island, Lagos.
• The MEP Designer will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, designing mechanical systems, and using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Other responsibilities include conducting research and development to improve designs and ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.
• This role offers opportunities to work collaboratively with engineering teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), and relevant design software.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in MEP design within the consulting and construction industry
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Must be COREN registered.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with building codes and MEP coordination is a plus
