Job Summary
- We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Engineers to join the SOW Real Estate Team
Responsibilities
- Support and oversee land development and real estate construction projects from planning to execution.
- Prepare and review detailed construction drawings, specifications, and development permit documentation.
- Provide engineering and technical guidance to ensure adherence to best practices in project implementation.
- Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
- Monitor project progress, ensure quality delivery, manage site equipment and funds, and provide regular reports with visual updates.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or land development projects.
- Must be COREN registered (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria).
