Job Summary
- We are looking for courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our team.
- The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service while ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints courteously.
- Process bills and handle payments where required.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and adhere to hygiene standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure efficient service.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC qualification.
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Neat appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, visitors, and hotel property.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol hotel premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Control access to the hotel and verify the identity of visitors where necessary.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and security breaches.
- Report suspicious activities, accidents, and security concerns to management.
- Ensure the safety of guests, staff, and hotel assets at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of daily security activities and incidents.
- Enforce hotel security policies and procedures.
- Assist with crowd control and traffic management when required.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE / WAEC qualification.
- Previous experience in security is an added advantage.
