Executive Assistant

Role Overview

  • The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support to the Managing Partner and leadership team to ensure the seamless execution of strategic priorities and day-to-day business activities.
  • This role requires exceptional organisational ability, professionalism, discretion, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, executive-focused, and project-driven environment.
  • The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, highly adaptable, and capable of coordinating activities across internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications,  Management, or a related discipline. 
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives. 
  • Prior experience within consulting, finance, professional services, or structured corporate environments will be an added advantage.      
  • Proven experience working within a fast-paced and high-performance environment. 

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. 
  • Experience using scheduling and collaboration tools such as Calendly, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms. 
  • Strong reporting, presentation, and documentation skills.

  • Professional HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, PHR, or equivalent are highly preferred.
  • 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership or strategic HR responsibilities.
  • Prior experience within consulting, technology, professional services, or fast-growing organisations is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in organisational development, culture transformation, and people strategy implementation.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and collaboration tools such as ClickUp and Slack.
  • Experience using HRIS platforms and talent management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HR analytics, workforce reporting, and people data interpretation.
  • Strong understanding of labour legislation, HR compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
