Human Resource Supervisor
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees. Manage employee relations issues, provide guidance on disciplinary actions and ensure fair resolution of grievances.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with all Nigerian labor laws.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Administer payroll, benefits, leave management, and compensation processes.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Conduct HR audits and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodi Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives. Handle exit processes, including exit interviews and offboarding. Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and workforce optimization.
- Support internal and external HR audits.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is an advantage.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
