Driver
Responsibilities
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrival while considering traffic and road conditions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all official and personal information encountered during the course of duty.
- Daily vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Ensure routine servicing, maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of the assigned vehicle.
- Monitor fuel levels, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, and other essential vehicle components.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and vehicle usage.
- Ensure all vehicle documentation, including insurance, vehicle licence, roadworthiness certificate, and other statutory documents, remains valid and up to date.
- Promptly report accidents, mechanical faults, or other vehicle-related issues to Management.
- Observe all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
- Assist with official errands, document deliveries, and administrative support duties as assigned.
- Ensure the security of the vehicle and any items entrusted for transportation.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous conduct at all times.
- Be available to work beyond normal office hours, including weekends or public holidays, when business needs require.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
