Civil Engineering Technician (Junior Level)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and maintain project data using Excel, Power BI, and other digital tools.
- Interpret and extract relevant information from AutoCAD, Revit, and Civil 3D drawings.
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Assist in tracking project progress and maintaining project records.
- Maintain organized databases for quantities, drawings, and project-related information.
- Support the automation of routine planning tasks using AI-powered tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Eng./B.Sc.) or HND in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data management, and analysis)
- Working knowledge of Power BI
- Basic exposure to AI tools for workflow improvement and data handling Ability to perform accurate quantity take-offs
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings using:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
