Chief Commercial Officer
What We’re Looking For:
- 12–15 years of experience in microfinance, retail banking, or MSME banking.
- Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial growth and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of the Nigerian financial services landscape.
- Excellent strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills.
