Brand and Operations Associate
Location: Omole Phase 2, Lagos (On-site)
Tuesday – Saturday | 9AM – 6PM
₦100,000 – ₦150,000 + 13th Month + Training
A fast-growing fashion brand, Middle Haven, is looking for a smart, proactive, and personable female to join the team.
If you enjoy fashion, content creation, customer engagement, and driving sales, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Manage social media & create engaging content
- Respond to customers and convert inquiries to sales
- Support daily store operations
- Track sales & manage basic records
- Coordinate inventory and order fulfillment
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Strong social media & content skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Takes initiative and owns responsibilities
- Good communication & customer handling skills
- Creative with an eye for aesthetics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
