Bar Operations & Control Manager
Location: G.R.A Benin City
Responsible for overseeing bar operations while ensuring strict control over sales, cash, and inventory, with accurate daily reconciliation and full accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar operations and staff
- Ensure accurate recording of all sales (POS & cash)
- Perform daily reconciliation (sales vs cash vs stock)
- Enforce strict control on credit sales
- Coordinate stock requests and verify stock received
- Record and report all damaged items with approval
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Ensure compliance with all control and audit procedures
Requirements
- HND/BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in bar, hospitality, or retail operations
- Strong knowledge of cash handling, stock control, and reconciliation
- High integrity, attention to detail, and leadership ability
KPIs
- Zero/minimal daily variances
- Accurate and timely reporting
- Controlled damage and zero unauthorized credit
- Clean audit outcomes
