Application Support Engineer
Work Mode: 6 Days Onsite
Availability: Immediate Resumption Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for business applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects
- Build backend services using Python or .NET (C#)
- Develop and maintain REST APIs
- Support system integrations across ERP, POS, and third-party platforms
- Ensure data consistency and synchronization across systems
- Document issues and resolutions accurately within the service desk system
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in Application Support or Backend Development
- Proficiency in Python or .NET/C#
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL
- Experience with REST APIs and integrations
- Basic understanding of Azure services and cloud integrations
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as D365 or Odoo is an added advantage
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
