We’re looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to help us manage our growing operations and ensure our life-changing products get where they need to go.

The Role

As a Warehouse Assistant, you are the backbone of our supply chain. You’ll be responsible for the physical movement of goods, from receiving raw materials to shipping out finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming stock and materials.
• Order Fulfilment: Accurately picking, packing, and labelling orders for distribution.
• Quality Control: Inspecting goods for damage and ensuring only the best products reach our customers.
• Logistics Support: Loading delivery vehicles and preparing shipping documentation.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and organized to maximize efficiency.

• Physically Fit: You are comfortable standing for long periods and can lift/move boxes (up to 20kg).
• Detail-Oriented: You take pride in accuracy, getting the right order to the right person every time.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or retail stockroom is a plus, but not required (we provide training!).
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills. and ability to follow safety protocols and health guidelines strictly
