Overview

• We are seeking a highly responsible and experienced Truck Driver to operate fuel tankers with capacity of up to 60,000 litres.
• The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong safety awareness, compliance with road regulations, and the ability to handle petroleum product transportation professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and transport petroleum products using tankers up to 60,000 litres capacity.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, traffic, and company regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary waybills and signatures.
• Monitor loading and offloading processes to prevent product loss or contamination.
• Report mechanical faults, incidents, or delays promptly.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and basic routine maintenance checks.

Requirements

• Must reside in Imo State or available to relocate
• Valid Driver’s License (appropriate class for articulated vehicles).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience driving articulated trucks, preferably fuel tankers.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and interstate routes.
• Ability to read and interpret delivery documents.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures for handling petroleum products.
• Physically fit and medically sound.
