Job Summary
- Senior leadership role in an architectural firm, managing design operations, staff deployment, project delivery, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain quality standards and BIM compliance
- Oversee projects and coordinate with consultants/contractors
- Validate site queries and maintain records
- Lead staff reviews and support HR initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s & Master’s in Architecture
- 5+ years experience, 2+ in leadership
- Strong Revit/BIM skills
- Knowledge of Nigerian construction standards
- Excellent communication & leadership abilities.
