Senior Officer Research & Development
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Officer – Research & Development with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in research, analysis, and project development. You will play a pivotal role in conducting research, generating insights, and supporting the design and implementation of innovative solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in relevant industries.
- Support the development, testing, and implementation of new processes, services, and solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations for management and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate research findings into actionable business strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and propose improvements.
- Maintain a database of research findings and industry knowledge to support continuous innovation.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices relevant to research and development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in Research & Development, Market Research, or related fields.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.
- Proficiency in research tools, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for identifying opportunities and delivering solutions.
