Sales Representative/ Customer Experience Manager
Gents Standard is a men’s traditional fashion brand at 4 Sunmola Street,, Mende, Maryland, Lagos State. We sell premium senator styles, agbada, and native wear. We are looking for a warm, organised, and sales-driven Customer Experience Associate to be the face of our physical studio — receiving customers, attending to their needs, taking measurements, and keeping the shop running smoothly every day.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and attend to every walk-in customer — make them feel seen, helped, and confident about their purchase
- Understand each customer’s need (occasion, tribe, budget, size) and guide them to the right product
- Take accurate body measurements for customers requiring tailored or fitted pieces
- Process sales transactions and issue receipts
- Manage and update daily inventory — track stock levels, log new arrivals, flag low stock to management
- Coordinate order pickups, deliveries, and customer follow-ups via WhatsApp
- Keep the studio clean, organised, and visually appealing at all times — products properly displayed and tagged
- Maintain a daily sales log and report to the Founder at close of business
- Handle customer complaints and after-sales issues professionally and promptly
- Support the coordination of custom or bulk orders (groomsmen sets, event orders)

- Organised — you can track stock, maintain records, and follow processes consistently without being reminded
- Presentable and well-dressed — you are the first impression of a fashion brand, every single day
- Comfortable taking body measurements or willing to learn immediately
- Able to communicate clearly in English and Yoruba or Igbo (a strong advantage in an Anthony, Lagos environment)
- Basic phone and WhatsApp skills — you will handle customer communication daily
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum OND / SSCE with strong communication skills
- 1–3 years experience in retail, fashion, customer service, or a client-facing role preferred
- Prior experience in a fashion store, tailor’s studio, or clothing brand is a significant advantage
- No formal degree required — character, reliability, and people skills matter more than certificates

- Salary: ₦60,000 – ₦90,000/month
