Product Manager
Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to drive the development and execution of innovative digital products.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing end-to-end product lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs, particularly within the crypto, Web3, and gaming ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clear product roadmaps aligned with company objectives and evolving market demands.
- Translate product vision into actionable plans by breaking down complex initiatives into prioritized, manageable tasks.
- Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including feature requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, UX/UI Design, and Customer Support to ensure seamless product execution and alignment.
- Identify, track, and resolve development blockers to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
- Conduct ongoing market research and stay updated on trends in crypto, Web3, and gaming to inform product strategy and innovation.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to enhance product usability and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Gather, analyze, and translate user feedback into actionable product improvements and enhancements.
- Utilize project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Asana, and Google Workspace to manage workflows and documentation effectively.
- Perform any other assignments as required to support smooth operations and overall business objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering, Business administration or any related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or related roles
- Experience in product management within tech, fintech, crypto, or gaming environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
