Plant/Production Supervisor
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily plant and production activities to ensure operational efficiency
- Monitor production targets and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations
- Manage production staff and ensure optimal workforce performance
- Prepare and submit periodic production and performance reports
- Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or processing environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes, plant operations, preventive maintenance, and quality control systems
- Experience in agro-processing or food processing industry will be an added advantage
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in reporting, process monitoring, and performance optimization
