- A very good University degree (Master’s Degree is an added advantage)
- A Tutor and Nurturer extraordinaire
- Must have a very good grasp of their subject content
- Must be Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point.
- Good understanding and use of the internet.
- Certifications in British Curriculum is an added advantage.
