Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Loan Officer role based in Nigeria.
• The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, conducting financial analyses, and assessing creditworthiness.
• Duties include processing loan applications, guiding clients through the loan process, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• The Loan Officer will also provide financial advice to clients, maintain relationships with customers, and contribute to portfolio growth and effective loan recovery.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication, Customer Service, and Relationship Management abilities
• Attention to Detail, Problem-Solving, and Organizational Skills
• Proficiency in Financial Data Entry, Reporting, and Loan Management Systems
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in microfinancing or the banking/financial sector is preferred
