- As a LegalCounsel/Law Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our legal department, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and contributing to the company’s growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Conduct research and analysis on legal matters affecting the company
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and mitigate legal risks
- Support in preparing legal documents and responses to legal queries
- Assist in managing and maintaining legal records and databases
