Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents including contracts, agreements, MoUs, deeds, and compliance filings
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across all business units
- Support property transactions by conducting due diligence, reviewing title documents, and advising on legal risks
- Liaise with external counsel, regulators, and government agencies where required
- Monitor regulatory changes affecting real estate and corporate operations and advise management accordingly
- Maintain proper records of legal and compliance documentation
- Support dispute resolution, claims management, and litigation coordination
- Provide legal guidance to management and internal teams on operational and compliance matters
Required Skills & Competencies
- Law degree (LL.B) and valid call to the Nigerian Bar
- 2–5 years post-call experience (real estate, corporate, or in-house experience is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of real estate law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and research skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- High ethical standards and professional judgment

- On-site role based in Sangotedo, Lagos
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and staff orientation
- Oversee employee records, contracts, confirmations, promotions, and exits
- Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and workplace standards
- Support performance management processes, appraisals, and disciplinary procedures
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to management and staff
- Coordinate training, staff development, and capacity-building initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies
- Support payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking

Required Skills & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years experience in an HR generalist role (real estate or corporate environment is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
Work Requirements:
