Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented mid-level Accountant to manage daily financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare and file LIRS AND FIRS.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field
- 2 – 4 years of relevant accounting experience
- ICAN (ACA) certification or in progress is required
- Basic proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).

Key Responsibilities
- Transportation: Safely transport passengers or goods to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform regular inspections, including checking oil, tires, and fuel, and report any issues or necessary repairs.
- Navigation & Routing: Plan the most efficient routes using GPS or local knowledge to avoid traffic.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of mileage, fuel consumption, and travel logs.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Loading/Unloading: Assist with loading and securing goods or luggage, often requiring physical stamina.
Requirements
- Skills: Strong navigational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift, load, and unload heavy items.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with local routes, traffic laws, and, if required, specialized equipment.
Physical Requirements:
- Stamina: Capable of sitting for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
- Environment: Ability to drive in various weather and traffic conditions.
