Responsibilities
- Support the Production Supervisor in supervising and coordinating daily production activities.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
- Assist in conducting short interval control meetings and implementing corrective actions based on findings.
- Monitor raw materials usage and assist in minimizing wastage.
- Help ensure compliance with recipe calculations and monitor production consistency.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues promptly.
- Promote and enforce adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure product quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of production outputs, downtime, wastage, and manpower utilization.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
- Act as the team lead in the absence of the Operator Team Lead.

Responsibilties
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of materials for accuracy and quality.
- Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, packing slips, invoices, orders, or other records.
- Participates in physical inventory and cycle counting and adheres to all inventory control policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify the supervisor of low stock or potential shortages
- Inspections and delivery of materials
- Responsible for varied daily tasks such asrestocking shelves, accepting incoming orders, processing and packing orders, counting inventory and ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner.
- Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety and environmental regulations
- Implement efficient storage systems to optimize space and accessibility, considering material characteristics.
- Prepare and issue materials based on production schedules and requisitions.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to the production floor.
- Maintain records of issued materials and update inventory accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all materials transactions.
- Prepare and submit regular inventory reports to the Warehouse Manager or Supply Chain Manager.
- Document any inventory issues, damages, or losses and report them to the supervisor.
- Inspect materials for any signs of damage, contamination, or non-compliance with specifications.
- Ensure materials are stored under appropriate conditions to maintain quality.
- Coordinate with the quality control department to address any quality issues.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 1 – 4 years experience.
