Job Summary
The Engineering Manager – Hydraulics will oversee the optimum operation of advanced hydraulic systems and components. This role provides hands-on technical leadership to ensure hydraulic equipment (e.g., servomotors, lines & components, stacks, reclaimers, presses, pumps, valves, etc.) meets budgeted performance and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor mechanical engineers, technicians, and mechanical maintenance staff.
- Design & Development: Lead the design and testing of hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, and cylinders.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the technical expert for diagnosing and solving complex hydraulic failures.
- System Integrity: Oversee fluid circuit layout and ensure compliance with OEM standards.
- Project Management: Manage mechanical budget, bespoke and OEM projects, including hydraulic modelling and simulations.
- Maintenance Planning: Develop and execute predictive/preventive maintenance routines to optimize hydraulic component life and minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Education: B. Eng in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Power, or equivalent.
- Professional Certification – COREN, NSE required
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in hydraulic system maintenance, design, or repair, specifically with heavy equipment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in hydraulic schematic design software, fluid power simulations, and hands-on familiarity with pumps, actuators, servomotors, and pneumatic systems.

Job Summary
- The Revenue Officer is responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient, and transparent revenue collection and patient billing processes.
- The role involves maintaining financial integrity in all transactions, ensuring proper documentation, and delivering excellent customer service while supporting timely reconciliation of all payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all sales and billing transactions using the company’s ERP system
- Operate POS machines, cash registers, and related payment systems
- Reconcile daily collections and generate accurate financial reports
- Monitor payments and ensure correct pricing and proper issuance of receipts
- Capture and verify all relevant customer/patient information before processing transactions
- Maintain records of receivables from partners (e.g., NHIA, HMOs, and other stakeholders)
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and refund processes professionally
- Identify and report discrepancies or irregularities in financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and financial regulations is an added advantage.
