Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Security Officer to oversee and coordinate all security operations at our nutrition manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safeguarding company assets, employees, products, and visitors while ensuring strict compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily security operations within the facility.
- Lead, train, and monitor security personnel to ensure high performance and discipline.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability audits of the premises.
- Monitor CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.
- Investigate security breaches, theft, incidents, and suspicious activities; prepare detailed reports.
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies and emergency responders when necessary.
- Ensure proper access control for staff, contractors, and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in security operations, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Proven experience in supervising security teams.
- Strong knowledge of physical security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
- Good understanding of risk assessment and incident investigation procedures.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Minimum qualification: HND/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Security Management, Criminology, or related field is an advantage).
- Professional security certifications are an added advantage.

The Paramedic / A&E Nurse provides advanced emergency and pre-hospital care, ensuring rapid response, patient assessment, stabilization, and safe transport. The role requires independent clinical judgment, strict adherence to emergency protocols, and effective coordination with emergency teams, without direct supervisory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to emergency calls, conduct rapid patient assessments, and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Provide advanced life support and stabilize trauma or critically ill patients during transport.
- Ensure emergency equipment and medications are functional, compliant, and within validity.
- Maintain strict adherence to clinical guidelines, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, dispatch, and receiving hospital teams.
- Accurately document patient care, incident reports, and medication usage.
- Identify and escalate clinical risks while making sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Participate in audits, continuous improvement, and ongoing emergency training.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid practicing license.
- 3–5 years’ experience in emergency, critical care, or pre-hospital settings.
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS or trauma certification is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of emergency nursing, trauma care, triage systems, and emergency pharmacology.
