- As the Talent Acquisition Specialist at SeamlessHR, you’ll play a critical role in building high-performing teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across multiple functions and regions. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to define needs, design recruitment strategies, and deliver an excellent candidate experience that reflects our culture of performance, ownership, and collaboration.
Job Details
Talent Sourcing & Attraction
- Proactively source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through diverse channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, career fairs, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain an active talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Assessment & Selection
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and coordinate assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, culture fit, and potential.
- Manage end-to-end interview processes, ensuring timely feedback and seamless candidate communication.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements, success profiles, and workforce plans.
- Provide guidance on hiring best practices, market insights, and compensation benchmarks.
Recruitment Strategy & Employer Branding
- Design and execute recruitment campaigns that align with SeamlessHR’s goals and employer value proposition.
- Champion the SeamlessHR brand by delivering a consistent, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience.
Recruitment Operations & Analytics
- Utilize and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track applications, update pipelines, and generate reports.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and recommend process improvements.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
- Collaborate with HR and department leads to ensure smooth onboarding and transition for new hires.
- Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and industry best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven capacity to adapt to changes, pivot quickly, and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex HR concepts to diverse audiences.
- Comfort and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR-related technologies.
- Ability to leverage technology for efficient HR processes and data-driven decision-making.

- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Operations Associate to join our People & Culture team. This role is for someone who enjoys keeping HR operations running smoothly, cares about employee experience, and can manage processes with accuracy and ownership. You will support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensure data integrity across HR systems, and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-scaling, tech-driven environment.
Job Details
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, confirmations, and status changes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HRIS and personnel files.
- Prepare and manage employment documentation and routine employee communications.
- Serve as first-line support for employee HR queries, leave administration, and general People requests.
- Provide timely and accurate data inputs to support payroll processing and People reporting.
- Support execution of employee engagement initiatives, learning logistics, surveys, and internal People communications.
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies and labour regulations; support HR audits as required.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation and cross-functional People projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Generalist roles.
- Experience working in a scaling, tech-driven environment.
- Good working knowledge of HRIS and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
