Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Medical Laboratory Technology
- Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant laboratory experience
- Competence in haematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, serology, and urinalysis
- Experience with automated and semi-automated analysers is an advantage

Method of Application
Requirements:
- Degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Science, or related discipline
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant laboratory and research experience
- Hands-on experience with:
- Real-Time PCR (qPCR)
- Conventional PCR
- Gene expression analysis
- Nucleic acid extraction and purification
- Flow Cytometry
- Experiment validation and assay optimisation
- Data analysis and interpretation
- Experience with laboratory Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC)
- Knowledge of COSHH and laboratory safety procedures
- Experience preparing manuscripts for peer-reviewed publication
- Ability to develop, validate, and document SOPs
