IT Intern
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Assist in installation, setup, and maintenance of computers and IT equipment
- Support routine system checks, updates, backups, and basic cybersecurity maintenance
- Help troubleshoot connectivity and system-related issues for staff
- Maintain records of IT assets, equipment usage, and software licenses
- Keep proper documentation of IT support requests and resolutions
- Assist in onboarding staff by setting up systems, emails, and user accounts
- Support planning and execution of social media content across platforms
- Create and post basic content (graphics, videos, captions) for company services and updates
- Monitor social media pages and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries
- Track basic IT issues and social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers)
- Assist in preparing simple reports for IT activities and social media performance
