Inventory Coordinator
Role Overview
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined Inventory Coordinator to manage, track, and control all stock movements within our club operations.
- This role is critical to cost control, availability, and smooth night operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels (liquor, beverages, consumables, supplies)
- Record all stock receipts, issues, and transfers accurately
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and reports
- Track variances, losses, and wastage; report discrepancies promptly
- Work closely with bar, kitchen, and operations teams
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and FIFO compliance
- Support audits and management reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience in inventory/storekeeping (hospitality or club experience is an advantage)
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Good reporting and documentation skills
- Ability to work night shifts and under pressure
- Integrity, accountability, and confidentiality
- Basic computer skills (Excel / inventory systems)
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
