Human Resources Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and onboard supermarket staff
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and discipline
- Support payroll preparation and staff scheduling
- Coordinate staff training and performance appraisals
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Handle employee relations and welfare matters
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years HR experience, preferably in retail/supermarket
- Good knowledge of labor laws
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
