Guest Service Attendant
Summary
- We are looking for professional and customer-focused Waiting Staff to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure an excellent dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to guests politely
- Take orders and serve meals accurately
- Maintain clean tables and dining areas
- Process bills and handle POS payments
- Provide prompt support to guests and colleagues.
Requirements
- SSCE / OND or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality is an added advantage
- Good communication skills and neat appearance
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
