Finance Manager
Job Summary
- We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, drive business growth, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- You’ll oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and lead a team of finance professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee financial reporting and analysis
- Lead and develop a team of finance professionals
- Manage financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to drive business decisions
- Manage financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements and company policies
- Prepare and coordinate audit and tax processes
- Improve financial processes, systems, and internal controls
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations
- Support management with financial analysis and insights
Requirements
- BSc in Accounting or finance related courseMBA or equivalent
- 5-7 years of experience in finance leadership
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Proven track record in financial management and leadership
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Experience with financial systems and ERP software
- Attention to detail and deadline-driven
- Strong financial analysis, Excel, and reporting skills
