Finance Manager
The finance manager at e-Clinic & Diagnostic Ltd. is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all financial operations of the facility. This includes managing payments for procured medical and administrative supplies, handling payroll, and supervising the finance-related personnel, such as the cashier, billing officer, and inventory officer.
The role is pivotal in ensuring financial accuracy, liquidity, compliance, and operational efficiency within the clinic.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage clinic financing and ensure liquidity for operations.
- Process and monitor payments for all procured items and services.
- Coordinate and execute monthly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment of staff salaries, pensions, commissions, and rebates.
- Supervise and support the cashier in managing daily cash inflow/outflow and bank transactions.
- Oversee the billing officer to ensure accurate service billing and prompt invoicing.
- Monitor inventory control processes in collaboration with the inventory manager.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare periodic financial reports and advise management on financial matters.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor\’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. ( ICAN, ACCA is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare or diagnostic setting.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, Nigerian tax laws, procurement procedures, and financial software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and ERP.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
