Farm Supervisors / Farm Attendant
About the Role:
We are looking for experienced and passionate Farm Supervisors and Farm Attendants for our FarmPark projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating crop and livestock farms in modern farming practices and agribusiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee livestock breeding, crop production and other operational activities on the Farm
- Develop and implement agricultural training programs and curricula.
- Coordinate on-site and off-site training sessions, workshops, and field demonstrations.
- Work closely with subject matter experts, extension officers, and agronomists to ensure up-to-date and relevant course content.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
- Prepare training materials, manuals, and documentation.
- Supervise and mentor trainers and facilitators.
- Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage budgets, training calendars, and logistics.
Key Requirements:
- Any course or experience in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Extension, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of operational experience.
- Strong knowledge of modern agricultural practices, agribusiness.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel to rural or field locations as needed.
Salary Range:
Farm Supervisor – N80,000 – N150,000
Farm Attendant – N40,000 – N80,000
