Factory Worker
Role Summary
The factory worker is responsible for assisting in the daily production, assembly, and packaging of goods within a manufacturing plant. The role focuses on operating basic machinery, sorting products, maintaining quality standards, and following all safety guidelines on the factory floor.
Responsibilities:
- Operate factory machinery, tools, and production equipment safely after proper training.
- Assemble, sort, pack, and label products according to production guidelines.
- Inspect finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards and report any defects to the supervisor.
- Feed raw materials into production machinery and monitor the process.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks or storage areas.
- Clean and maintain the workspace, machinery, and tools before and after shifts.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene rules, including wearing proper protective gear (PPE).
- Meet daily production targets and quotas set by the supervisor.
- Report any mechanical faults or safety hazards immediately.
Requirements:
- Minimum secondary school education; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow spoken and written instructions.
- Strong teamwork and cooperation skills.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- High level of discipline, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Work Environment & Requirements :
- Industrial factory floor environment, which can be noisy or dusty.
