Facility Manager
Responsibilties
- Supervise and coordinate facility technicians, janitors, and hygiene staff to ensure high service delivery standards.
- Oversee daily facility management operations including cleaning, maintenance, and sanitation activities.
- Conduct routine inspections of client facilities to ensure compliance with company and regulatory hygiene standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs.
- Manage inventory and proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Liaise with clients to address service requests, complaints, and operational needs promptly.
- Prepare operational reports on facility performance, staff activities, and service outcomes.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Train and guide facility staff on proper cleaning procedures, equipment handling, and safety practices.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance at assigned client locations.
- Coordinate with procurement/warehouse teams for timely supply of materials and equipment.
- Support contract implementation and ensure service delivery aligns with agreed service levels.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Respond to emergencies, facility issues, or urgent client needs promptly.
- Ensure all work areas maintain a professional, hygienic, and safe environment.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 7 – 10 years work experience.
