Auxiliary Nurse
Minimum Educational Qualification:
- Auxiliary Nursing Certificate / HCA
Minimum Relevant Work Experience:
- Applicants are expected to have at least 2 years of work experience in clinical fields and knowledge of Health Maintenance Organisation operations.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of nursing care and clinical procedures. Communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy, High level of hygiene consciousness, Attention to detail, Physical stamina.
Position Summary:
- You will be expected to provide basic nursing care and clinical support to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Medical Officer.
- Assist with patient care, maintain hygiene standards, support clinical procedures, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients. Interface.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of wards, treatment rooms, and nursing stations.
- Ensure adherence to infection prevention and control protocols.
- Properly dispose of medical waste in line with safety guidelines.
- Assist doctors and nurses during clinical examinations and minor procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, beds, and medical equipment for patient use.
- Assist patients with daily care activities such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility.
- Monitor and (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) as directed.
- Support patients emotionally and ensure their comfort during treatment.
