Warehouse & Inventory Officer
Responsibilites
- Safeguard warehouse operations and contents byestablishingand monitoring security procedures,protocolsand other work-related policies.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting daily physical counts; reconciling with system data.
- Supervise the receiving,monitoringand maintenance of stock in the warehouse to ensure sufficient stocks are available at any given time to meet the requirements as per the company guidelines.
- Supervise the use and daily update of all inventories related items on the ERP software.
- Determineandallocateappropriate dailymanpowerrequiredforoptimalwarehouse operations & groom the team members for continuous improvement.
- Ensure proper space management and stacking of goods in the designated spaces.
- Any other responsibility that may be assigned by Management.
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline
- 1 – 3 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or the Certified Warehouse Professional (CWP).
