Visa Consultant
Job Summary
- The Visa Consultant will provide expert guidance on visa applications, documentation, and travel requirements while ensuring high success rates and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on visa options, requirements, and procedures
- Assist in preparing and reviewing visa application documents
- Ensure compliance with embassy and immigration regulations
- Track application progress and provide updates to clients
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Handle complex cases and provide tailored solutions
- Meet assigned targets and performance metrics
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / BSc in a relevant field
- 2–4 years of experience in visa processing or travel consultancy
- Strong knowledge of visa requirements for major destinations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and client management abilities.
