Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and experienced Mid-Level Designer to play a crucial role in enhancing our brand’s visual identity and creating compelling design assets for our B2B SaaS products.
• In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce visually engaging content that effectively communicates the value of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design Product Assets: Create visually appealing product interfaces that align with our brand and user experience principles. 
• User-Centered Design: Apply data-driven and user-centric design principles to ensure our software products are intuitive and user-friendly. 
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all design assets, ensuring a cohesive and professional appearance. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with users, product managers, developers, and customer facing teams to understand project goals and deliver design solutions that meet business objectives. 
• Visual Storytelling: Craft compelling visuals and illustrations that effectively convey complex technical concepts and data. 
• Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to continually improve design quality. 

Qualifications: 

• 3-5 years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and web design work. 
• Experience with responsive web design and mobile app design principles. 
• Experience working with and adding to design systems. 
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and the ability to create user-friendly interfaces. 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions. 
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design assets. 
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS and technology industry trends is a plus.
