Transport/Fleet Manager
- Manage the daily deployment, scheduling, and utilization of all company vehicles
- Ensure optimal fleet availability to meet operational demands
- Ensure timely servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance of all vehicles
- Maintain accurate records for vehicle licenses, insurance, roadworthiness, and permits
- Recruit, train, supervise, and discipline drivers
- Ensure drivers comply with safety rules, traffic laws, and company standards
- Monitor driver behavior, attendance, performance, and route adherent
Candidate must reside on the island for close proximity
