Telemarketer
The Telemarketer will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, and promoting the company’s real estate properties over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Present and promote company properties effectively
- Generate and qualify sales leads
- Schedule appointments for site inspections
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client information
- Follow up on interested prospects
- Meet daily and monthly call and lead targets
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification
- 0–2 years experience in telemarketing or sales (Real estate experience is an advantage)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
- Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection positively
