Super SME Loan Officer
Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role in Lagos for a Super SME Loan Officer. The responsibilities for this position include identifying and acquiring potential SME clients, assessing their financial needs, and offering suitable loan products. The Loan Officer will also manage loan processing, conduct credit analysis, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure timely repayments. Collaboration with team members to achieve lending targets and compliance with regulatory standards are integral parts of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in SME lending, financial analysis, and credit risk assessment
- Excellent client relationship management and customer service skills
- Proficient in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance in the financial sector
- Previous experience in microfinance or financial services is an advantage
