Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily store operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs.
• Oversee inventory management, stock counts, and loss prevention.
• Ensure proper product display and merchandising standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in retail/store supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic inventory systems.
• Must reside in or around Ajah.
